How To Get Subscribers To Your RSS Feed
If you have not read my last post yet, please do so before reading this one. As what I am going to say here will make more sense after you have read that post. What I am explaining here is not a way for any blogger to get subscribers to their feed, only those using Viral Marketing Method.
Imagine you have your niche blog set up and it is syndicating your niche affiliate feeds every time the product owner has something new to say about the product. This creates one blog feed that promotes all your niche products automatically, as well as one feed for each product (if you syndicate your feeds into product specific categories).
Let me explain the reason for doing this…
Having all your cloaked product feeds syndicated to a blog is not to give any kind of SEO advantage. It will provide some benefit to the site owner to have affiliate creating links into their content, but not much “directly” for you in terms of search engine traffic. For that to happen, you’ll need to publish something unique.
The reason we are doing it is not to get search engine traffic, the reason we are doing this it to make it easy for you to manage all your niche feeds in one place and to make it easy for you to promote all your related products to your targeted lists. If someone is interested in product X they will naturally be interested in product Y & Z. If you have promotions running for products Y & Z on the same blog as your promotion for product X then any promotion you do for either of the products will help you sell more of each.
If you do this well, you’ll have people begging you to promote their product.
Forget search engines for now completely. (read more)
