RSS Can Help Marketers Get Traffic
The Viral Marketing Method relies heavily on RSS to get content for and traffic to, your affiliate promotions. If you are still a bit confused about what RSS is and you are an affiliate marketer, you are going to love RSS by the time you have read this post.
First, let me give you a visual image of how RSS works (in case you don’t know).
Have you ever watched a trending topics at Twitter and seen new items added every time you refresh the search? Or watched the messages of what your friends are doing come in at FaceBook or Twitter? Every time a new message comes in, it is added to the top of the list and the oldest message rolls off the first page.
What you are looking at there is an RSS “news” feed in action. (i.e. what is new… the news).
Every time something new is said about the relevant topic or by a relevant person (i.e. one of your friends). It is added automatically to the appropriate feed and published for everyone to see.
Every time I add a new post to this blog it is automatically added to this blog’s RSS feed. I do not have to do anything to make this happen. I don’t need to understand RSS, to know that it happens.
As a marketer, all I need to understand is how I can use this fact to get more traffic and subscribers. (read more)

This information on rss feeds is of great interest to me.As a new convert to the internet marketing fraternity,i have been overwhelmed by the amount of information that i have digested over the past month.Your article brings clarity to an otherwise clouded view of the whole industry. The main problem for me is that every day another opportunity presents itself,as the very best in the industry? Thanks for your great article on this subject.

To generate more followers on twitter, you must have good content such as helpful tips, and tweets videos and other items of interest to your followers. By delivering updated posts, you will bring in more people willing to read your tweets. If you don’t update and have good content, you run the risk of not turning your followers off

You’re right, and I am guilty as charged. I have not Tweeted for quite a while because I have been too busy repairing the system after twitter broke it
I should have been Tweeting, but it’s easy to forget and I have not had much of great interest or help to say.
